Crossroads is a Scottish Charity that provides practical help to carers, regardless of the age, disability or illness of the person being cared for. Paid Support Workers provide short breaks for carers by taking over their caring role for a few hours.  This means the person being cared for can remain at home while the carer takes time for themselves.
