Newton Stewart Initiative

Description

Newton Stewart Initiative is a charity working towards the regeneration of the town. We have various projects of our own which include Happy Daze; a reminiscence group, Vibe 75; community hub, Douglas Park; BMX track and inclusive play park and changing places toilet, Community Shop; run by volunteers. We run various youth initiatives in partnership with Dumfries and Galloway Youth work Service. Our Newton Stewart Centre hosts various groups on a weekly basis and we also work in partnership with various other organisations!
