Outreach clinic runs every Wednesday - drop in between 10.00 - 12.30 and 13.00 - 16.00 for general enquiries.

Fridays are for pre-booked Appointments only 9.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 16.00 for filling in forms or more complex casework.  We do not complete new ADP or CDP forms at this outreach.
