Description

The club trains in Shotokan Karate and we cover: fitness training and flexibility, traditional techniques (punching, kicking, blocking and sweeping) and kata (forms of set movements), free sparing Kumite, semi contact, sport karate (non contact), self defence and martial arts weapons (nunchaku/rice flails, Bo/6'staff, bokken/sword).
