The Trust owns Castle Loch and the surrounding grass and woodlands for the community and environmental management. The Trust relies on the work of volunteers to fundraise and help out with habitat management events. All are welcome, and we offer opportunities for all tastes, from keeping in the dry and helping plan events through to heading out in your wellies and getting your hands dirty.
We are also looking for people with specific skills, this might be running activities for children, specialist knowledge about flora and fauna, carpentry skills, through to holding certifictes for unsing a chainsaw.
